Nicely done
Went right on the back of my 2015 Taco 4x4 without any trouble at all. Zero damaged parts in the box and the packing job... wow! Impressive. I took my sweet time putting it together and was done in about an hour. Looks great on the Taco and look forward to many years of use. Lets ride!

A universal fit product that doesn't really fit
I was really expecting to like this rack and I opted for it over the cheap stamped steel ones because I thought that would mean higher quality. Not so much... The box arrived with one of the crossbars sticking through the packaging. The powder coat was scraped up and it was rusty already (making me suspect it shipped that way). There were no instructions included but I was able to find an assembly video online. Everything went together like it should but there were a ton of extra parts and hardware (that I assume would be used on a Tacoma). The fit on a Gladiator leaves a lot to be desired. The crossbars are drilled to fit a Tacoma. There's a slot that you can use to make it fit a Gladiator, but the crossbars stick out well past the vertical rails. Speaking of the vertical rails, they don't seem to fit quite right either. They will (just) fit the bed lengthwise but they don't want to sit evenly on both sides (so the cross rail is perpendicular when equally spaced from the end). The vertical rails also don't sit flatly on the bed rails. You can tell that this rack has been adapted to the Jeep. It works but is clearly not tailored. If you're worried solely about function, this isn't a bad choice. If you want a clean installation AND function, you're probably better off looking elsewhere. Given the choice, I wouldn't buy this rack again.

We’ll made, Roam tent is cab-height.
I just read another review that mentioned the rack being poorly packed, rusty and a bad fit for Gladiator. I purchased mine directly from DV8, not on Amazon. My experience is the opposite.Mine was packaged so well, it was a pain to unpack. Every piece was individually wrapped in sheets of high density foam, which were then wrapped in plastic. Once in the box, all the pieces were kept from knocking around with spray-in foam. The entire package—box and contents—shipped as one big block, so nothing stuck out, moved around or rattled.I mounted it using a Teraflex rail system. Every hole lined up exactly and the fit is perfect. The crossbars are exactly the right length for the Gladiator. All the hardware is stainless, and it comes with mounts for two RotoPax and a Hi-Lift jack.It is also the perfect height to make my Roam tent level with the top of my Jeep cab.
