I have no complaints. I love the Kubey Royal. This is going to be one of my new favorite EDC knives. Excellent fit and finish. Smooth as silk. Great lockup. I highly recommend this knife. Already got another Kubey on the way. Great value for the money.

I've only had it for a few days but I did order this and another Kubey because I love my first Kubey Knife that I have had for about 6 months. They just feel sturdy and well made. I have also tried Civivi knives which are also budget knives. Civivi doesn't compare to these in my opinion. Anyways I dyed mine with Rit Synthetic "Super Pink dye mixed with a 7 to 1 ratio for about 4 minutes. It didn't come out as expected but Im still loving this color. I followed the Blade HQ directions on youtube on how to dye your knives.

A bit on the smaller size for me but I have L Mitts. After a short break in time, and a good cleaning and oil change it was nothing but Net from there on!

Definitely a lot of bang for your buck here. Great knife with an amazing action.

When I took this knife apart it had a little bits of rust on the inside liners and the screws had a bunch of gunk in them. It wasn't red or blue screw tight. Kind of forgot the name lol but it wasn't that it was this white crusty almost rusty looking substance. Once I took everything apart and cleaned all of it was some KPL, some things to get rid of rust, etc. Now it's a knife is perfect. The action is buttery smooth. I've never experienced a front flipper that works so perfectly. It fits in my hands beautifully and cuts pretty much anything. They just really need to make sure they're knives are cleaner upon leaving the factory. Cuz this is the second kubey knife I've gotten that's been like that but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. I probably just got a dud but now that it's all nice and clean it's perfect.
