This review is really about the seller (Evaxo) and not the product. Fever Tree Grapefruit is delicious; that's why I was buying a case.But the case that Evaxo sent to me looked like it had been hauled out of a dumpster. When I picked up the box, it rattled and clanked and I knew it was just shredded inside. I opened the shipping box (which had the original case packaging inside) and the original packaging was liquid-stained, with glass dust and shards falling out everywhere. Multiple broken bottles inside, and everything was just stained and dirty and covered in glass dust. But the shipping box was pristine and dry and the original packaging was dry as well.What does this mean? It means that the breakage happened long before Evaxo packed the case full of glass shards for shipping. So they knew it was broken and shipped anyway, at the premium price of $60 per case. I suspect (no proof, but a logical guess) that they're buying this stuff from damaged / rejected pallets at a discount and then reselling it at a premium, not caring that they're sending broken and damaged goods. And who knows how old this stuff was -- I didn't want to inspect the packaging for a best-by date for fear of cutting myself or adding to the pile of glass shards on the floor from trying to get it out of the shipping box. Amazon issued a prompt refund, so good on Amazon. But bad on Avaxo. Very bad.

need to offer 9 oz bottles in 24 case

Packing was not sufficient. 2 bottles were broken in transit.

Six out of 24 bottles were discolored and not filled properly. I tried to return them but it says this seller does not accept returns. 25% of what I purchased is unusable and I have no recourse. I really love the product but I won’t buy from this seller any further.

Found this in Costco about a year ago. Love it! Very refreshing plus goes nicely with Vodka and Grapefruit juice. However, cannot find in Costco anymore and don’t find in supermarket. Nice find on Amazon! Cheers!
