Does not perform as it should

Hair product just dried my roots out. Maybe I did it wrong or not for my hair texture.

I honestly saw no difference. My hair looked about the same as if I had shampooed it with any generic shampoo. I had it on for 20 minutes. The cream was a solid.... I am not sure if that had something to do with it.

It didn't exactly work for me as I expected it to. This is apart from the fact that the quantity of the texturizer is small.
