It is so very valuable. Even while you are watching TV, you can roll them on your fingers and toes, too.Just two minutes. It is so pain relieving. I felt so refreshing. Even pain killers would give you relief for 3 to 4 hours. But with this no side effects. No experience needed. Just like fun roll on your fingers and toes. When you feel, you want to take it off. I am now pain free 99%. Occasionally, I feel that little ache that is ignorable. Before, I was not able to use nail cutter to clip / cut my nails using my right hand. After many months, now I am able to cut my nails pain-free. I am right handed and was unable to use for many things. Now, I could do plaiting as well.
