Immediate Improvement of Skin and Coat
This is one of the nicer salmon oil products I've used for pets. I appreciate that they included three different caps, to allow customers to administer as they need.I saw improvement in my cat's digestion and coat within three days. After a week, his fur is extremely soft and any dandruff he had is gone. He looks and feels a decade younger. I'm extremely impressed. It doesn't take much to be effective. I split the dosage between breakfast and dinner. I feed Stella & Chewy's freeze-dried food (it seems like there's more bone and less fat in the mixture, lately), and find that it's less messy to apply the oil to the dry pellets before rehydrating.I will add that the only major downside is the smell. When your cat gets this on their fur, or as they clean after eating, you will notice it. Granted, this if a long-haired breed, so, he's more susceptible to getting food on his chest. This is a bit TMI, but: our cat has never farted in his entire life. However, after the first day of using this oil, there was a burp, followed by a cloud of stink. The good news: it never happened again. It was probably just his body adjusting to something new.All things considered, it's totally worth it for the health of your pet (and I cannot stress the importance of raw food, if you can afford it). Just be sure to keep it in the dark and somewhere cool. In the past, keeping it in the fridge did not work out very well.I would suggest to the manufacturer to consider moving to a dropper applicator, rather than a pump.

Significantly helped my cat’s coat
I have a 2 yr old indoor cat and all my bed sheets are white. I had to wash them so often before this product because her grey fur would make my duvet look dirty. After about 2 weeks of using this oil, I noticed significantly less shedding on my furniture. Her coat feels softer, but not a major difference. She eats it without problems in both wet and dry food. I had a little trouble getting the pump to unlock but otherwise haven’t had any issues since as other reviews have mentioned. It’s affordable and worth it to me!

My cat laps this up!
My cat readily laps this up. I just give a little pump on the play next to his dry kibble in the morning. He licks it up, then eats the dry food.He still has dry skin (flakes show up really easily because he is a long-haired black cat), but he seems to scratch less. Will definitely buy again. No issues with packaging or delivery.

It’s ok
I started using this product for my cats who were having some itching issues. They just seemed to be itching a lot and I researched this and based on reviews I thought I’d give it a try. Unfortunately my kitties are very picky. I was only able to get away with a 1/4 of a pump added to get them to eat it. I started slowly adding more and they just won’t have it. Hoping I can find something else similar that they like better.

Nice! Our new go-to fish oil
We got this oil because the one we used before was out of stock, but our cats seem to like this one a little bit better even though I'm not sure why. It doesn't seem to have as much color to it as the previous one, maybe that's why it tastes better? (I haven't tried it). Within just a very few days their fur seemed to get smoother and softer and you don't need to put a whole lot of oil on their food, either. I just use a little squirt, maybe half way down and that seems to do the trick.Guess this oil has won a new customer. The oil came with a lot of instructions that made it feel very daunting to give it to our cats, but I guess that's more of a cautionary thing than anything to be afraid of as a normal user ;-)

My cats go bonkers for this!
I can’t comment on taste but it sure smells like salmon oil!My kiddy cats coats have become even more incredibly soft and full! Much less shedding and dry skin has gone bye bye.I use three pumps once a day with their wet food in the evening. They share their wet food so I just figured one 20 lb cat plus one 9 pound cat, worked out to three pumps.Give it a try.One bottle has lasted me at least one month

My cats hate it and I don’t blame them.
My cats will not come close to this product. I have mixed it in with their favorite treats and they refused to eat them. I mixed it into wet cat food that I know they love, they wouldn’t eat it and I can’t blame them. The smell of this is not great. Smells almost like tar. It’s no wonder my cats turn their nose up at it. So yes, the scent is bearable for the pet owner but not for the pet. Get the stinky stuff that actually smells appetizing to a cat!

Liquid Wild Alaskan Salmon Oil for Cats
I thought all cats like fish smell. Apparently, my cat will not go near its food when I mix the supplement into his food.🙁 I appreciate the 2 dispense top that was given to me. And it is easy to dispense but my cat is strange. He only eats Fancy Feast and I have tried all kinds of food for him. So I have to keep buying him Fancy Feast to make him happy. I have nothing against this product.
