A great machine for getting things done.
I bought this laptop for my wife as she is familiar with ThinkPads and likes their keyboard layout. She says this is the best ThinkPad she has ever used. It is super fast and responsive. The screen is bright and clear. Her business involves a lot of number crunching via spreadsheets. This laptop excels at these tasks.Working with the seller was a great experience. They communicated with me while the laptop was being customized and when it was shipped. I would absolutely work with them again.

Defective Mother Board
My office purchased 4 of these Lenovo X1 computers. On all 4, they stopped charging and the mother board had to be replaced. The Lenovo technician said this is a recurring problem with these X1 computers. I would go with something more reliable, like a Dell.

Are you sure this was used?
Even though the laptop was used it still looks and functions as a brand new laptop! It was well maintained!

You may be not able to connect external monitor.
For many years Lenovo laptop users experience problems with connections to external monitors via HDMI, DP, USB-C.Such an issue might be permanent or intermittent, it may appear originally or after some use or update, regardless of OS. Before buying, look at Lenovo support page.Otherwise, laptops are good.
