Help relieve digestive problems!
For a while I’ve suffered from digestive problems not helped by having to keep my feet level with my heart following major foot surgery and have been seeking something more efficient than the products already available in supermarkets that will help with my bloating, gas and diarrhoea. After reading users’ positive reviews I decided to try Klaire Labs Ther-Biotic capsules which give a blend of seven strains with thirty billion CFU per capsule. Although it’s early days I’m positive the benefits will be cumulative and will aid my digestive problems. The capsules are of average size and gelatine-covered, easy to swallow and have no unpleasant aftertaste. The container has a long expiry date of 02/2023 and although they cost a bit more than I’d normally pay, if they help I’ll continue buying them once the thirty capsules have finished.

Expensive and does not work!
I do not understand where your self confidence is coming from to charge nearly £40 this product? After trying a month, I gave up because it does not work. Then I tried your wayy cheaper competitor and bingo! Do not think it works because it is expensive. It is a waste of money!

I think that I have finally found something that works.
I've tried a few pro-biotics over the years with mixed success but when I saw this I thought that it was worth a try as it's something a bit different and the blurb sounded pretty convincing. It's always hard to know whether these things help, but I'm pretty certain that these did help as I noticed a difference within about ten days and this has continued. I think that the longer I take these the better they work. They are easy to swallow and I find that if I take these when I get up, by the time that I have done all the bits I need to do it is comfortably over the thirty minutes before eating. I will be buying these again and I definitely recommend them if you have any bloating or IBS type issues.

Great probiotic
I quite often buy probiotics as I believe gut health to be one of the most important factors in overall health and immunity. I have relatives with auto-immune diseases and have spent a lot of time researching theories about how poor gut health could lead to certain diseases and I try to protect my future self from developing things I could be predisposed to, particularly with probiotics. In terms of quality, these seem really good - it's a mix of 7 strains and 30 billion units per capsule, and the delayed release apparently helps with the survival of the bacteria in the gut. They're quite pricey at £35 for a month's supply (1 capsule a day, 30 capsules per pot) but I've spent similar amount on other brands. I have been keeping mine in the fridge, although the pack does say shelf stable which I assume means you don't have to, but I'm used to keeping probiotics in the fridge as it reminds me to take them with meals.

Ther-Biotics? Probiact? No pre-biotic? May be good but very expensive.
The benefits of supplementing with pro biotics are well known and my wife and I have regularly taken pro biotic supplements for many years. These capsules from Klaire Labs contain several strains of the two most beneficial, important and well researched gut bacteria namely Lactobacilus and Bifidobacterium both of which offer a plethora of broad and gut-specific benefits. The strength of the daily dose (30 billion CFU) is completely in line with NHS recommendations and the ingredients would seem to be of good quality plus, the delayed release feature of these capsules could be a definite bonus. However, whilst I have been unable to discover what “Ther-Biotics” or “Probiact” is or does, there appears to be no mention of the formula containing any essential ‘Pre-Biotics’ such as Inulin for example. We will see how we get on with these but I have to say that they are very expensive and with two of us taking one capsule per day means spending a whopping £74 per month, this is prohibitive, at least for us it is.

Worth a try!
I have always had digestive problems and lots of bloating but never really got to the root of the problem so decided to try these even though I was put off by the cost of they did work! And unfortunately they work well so I will probably continue to take them. I have noticed less bloating and the waistband on my jeans doesn’t dig in as much but I have also tried other things in combination with these. They are easy to take with no after taste and seem to be a really good quality and example of a probiotic.

I think they are working?
With something like this it is difficult to know for certain if it is working, as I have changed my diet too. However I do feel a lot less bloated and my digestion seems to be a little better.I would like to attribute this to the tablets but at the same time it could be the diet that I now have.Taking these is simple as it is just one tablet per day, which is ideal as I have multiple different vitamins and supplements of a morning, so not having to take multiple of this means there's less tablets for me to take. They are tasteless which is good, and although the tablet is fairly large, I haven't had any issues with taking them. Be aware if you struggle with larger tablets, you might find these hard to swallow.
