Race Walk Faster by Training Smarter

I purchased this book together with the series by Jeff Savage on Race Walk Clinics and Excellence in Training. All three are great resources for anyone who would like to start a race walk program at any level. Race Walking is quite a discipline and I would love to see more race walkers in the different 5K and 10K races all over the world.

Great book! I've read others from Tim Seaman and Jeff Salvage, and the information is always great!

A helpful read but sometimes the tables do not render very well in Kindle.
