Waste off money!!!
I'm not happy at all I brought this scooter was okay for 1 week then as I was crossing the road it starting flashing 40 and the motor would not work then it started working again and the bolt to the motor snapped idk how so anybody who's thinking buying one off these not safe at all and defo a waste of money I want a refund or my cash back this is unacceptable

Brilliant Scooter
My husband bought me this scooter and I adore it. Safe, comfortable and I know I will always be seen because of the lights. Front headlight is strong and for the early dark evenings now it's brilliant. This scooter is part of my lifestyle now.

Scooter was great however
the scooter came really fast! However I took it out on a spin! The scooter came with 80% battery. I got home after 2 hours of constant use. And I find that the charger that came with it does not work. Light doesn’t come on at all with the adapter. I got in touch with Amazon for them to say that I can’t get a new charger and need to return the scooter all togther. I didn’t want to do that so I emailed the company which was TOMOLOO to get no reply of them at all. Really good speed! Very safe! JUST WANT A CHARGER THAT WORKS. I have work tomorrow and need it to get there!!!!

Disappointed
Brought this for my sons 16th birthday he went on it 3 times then it broke! 40 was on the display which isn't in the manual, it would start or let us do anything. We tried resetting it, charging it, letting it cool down but nothing worked. Sent emails to tomoloo but never got a reply. Also doesn't connect to the app so you can't change any of the settings. I'm really disappointed in this, so is my sons because he's been left without a birthday present now until I get a refund. I don't recommend this you'll be wasting your money on this.

For casual use it is avery good scooter
App need some update such as dual phone connectivity and anti theft options like remote braking or locking while shutting down

Goes up to 25km/h as advertised.Battery not really that good.Feels sturdy.Basically I would have chosen something else

Good fun, lacks a bit on hills
Really easy to put together and use, quite nippy on the flat, and gets my 62kg lad up a decent hill from town, but I'm 95kg, and it's not very happy going uphill with me. Seems to have a speed restriction when it gets to two bars of battery

Not good
Came charged, worked for a couple hours then started beeping with error code 40 and charger didnt work had to send back luckily Amazon was really good and had it picked up and got a full refund
