A good price, but the Da Fit software is poor, and needs improving.
I bought this UHOOFIT Smart Watch, to replace my HeroBandlll, which was working fine, but the strap broke, and I couldn't find an identical replacement. The Da Fit software is similar to the one for the HeroBandlll, which is very basic. The 'Steps' window has a 24hr scale, divided up into 30 minute segments, so it easy to see what time the amount of steps were taken.Unfortunately, the 'Sleep' window doesn't have a segmented timescale, only the start and finish time of your sleep. Therefore, you cannot deduce any useful information about when you were in each different phase of sleep; Restful, Light, REM, and awake periods. It does, however, give the duration of each of those different phases, which is useful.I use the Full-day Heart Rate facility, which has a 24hr time scale, divided into four; 00:00, 06:00, 12:00, 18:00, and 24:00. But it would be better, if it was decided the same as the 'Steps' window. Selecting the Full-day Heart Rate facility, does reduce the batttery life, but it is worth it, for the information provided. The 'Heart Rate' facility accuracy is usually within 1-4 BPM.The Blood Pressure facility is usually optimistic, as is always under measures.Smart Watch reading: 120/80 mmHgSphygmomanometer reading: (blood pressure cuff or machine) 128/78 mmHgI cannot check the accuracy of the Blood Oxygen facility, but I only use all of the above facility readings, to monitor their trends, and they all appear to be within acceptable accuracy.Currently, I am not feeling up to going out walking or running, so I cannot comment on the accuracy of the 'Outdoor Running' information, but there are Time, Pace, Calories readings provided. For the price, the UHOOFIT Smart Watch gives a lot of information, including Blood Pressure, that even the APPLE Watch Series 7 Midnight, at a whopping £399, does not do, unless you pair it with another device. All the information the UHOOFIT Smart Watch collects, gets passed onto my iPhone 'Health' app.You even get a choice of dial styles. So at £39.99, it is very good value for money, and I can thoroughly recommend it. But they still need to improve the software, to make the information that it can provide, more useful.

Overall great…..but
Was really pleased with this item, for what I paid (£18 odd) , however I have to say it’s a little annoying that the settings don’t stay as you set them, for example I put battery saving mode on so that the display doesn’t come on every time I move my wrist, an hour later battery saving turns off automatically, same with the mute function, I love to be able to glance at any notifications ( especially when I’m busy or not able to open my phone), however every hour or so the mute function turns itself back on, not sure how accurate the step function is also, however all being said, battery life is great, I’ve charged it twice in a month, ordered my husband one at the same time, and he’s only just had to charge it

A lot of Smart Watch for the Money
So there's a few areas I would bring up regarding this watch, first and foremost I purchased this watch for my partner. She has a Samsung Galaxy Watch which she loves but need another for everyday use including sports/fitness use. Which is what we were a little more focused on.The watch itself is aesthetically pleasing, it feels like a much more expensive item that is until you feel the strap, I'm not a fan of the silicone rubber used but that's not a problem as its easily interchangeable and there are alot of straps available that would fit.The screen is large and feels bigger than the 1.61" stated, possibly due to the easy to read writing and large clear graphics displayed on the screen. It is responsive and very intuitive having only taken a short period of time to get to grips with the swipes and button pressing. Meaning it's easy to use and not complicated even for the most untech savvy of us.When I linked up the phone to a Android phone it was almost instantaneous, no issues the phone and watch were found within seconds and we have not had a single unplanned disconnection as of yet.I was apprehensive with the software being a hardened Samsung Gear (Galaxy Wearable) user and having to deal with all the issues that brings I wasn't sure what to expect using DaFit. (The Software of choice for the watch) I was pleasantly surprised! It was simple to use, uncomplicated in its installation and simplicity in its application. As I have already said the connection process was extremely smooth. The synchronisation time between the watch and phone when updating metrics such as Heart Rate, Blood Pressure was around 1 min before I saw the metrics locked into my phone. Not to long to wait but I this time of instant do we expect things to happen immediately. The battery life is where this watch absolutely shines, it was charged in less than 30mins and held a charge with me using constantly for 5 days no recharging which for my other smartwatch tend to require daily recharging. So that was a massive bonus and surprise. If your looking for the watch that is top of the range that sings and dances, maybe you need to look in another price range. However if you want a watch that's excellent value for money, has a nice build feel (not fussed on the strap personally) does exactly what it says on the tin and doesn't cost the earth, there are far worse choices to make out there. If I encounter any issues over the upcoming months of use I'll update here.

Good for the price
After having to get a magnifying glass to read the incredibly small print in the accompanying booklet and interpret the poor English it was very easy to set upComfortable to wear and would fit almost any wrist, good range of faces with varying information on. Can use it to change tracks on my music but the phone has to be quite close at hand and because it is linked to the phone tells the right timeOk for counting steps provided your arms are swingingThe weakness is in the accuracy of its monitoring of heart rate and blood pressure- both are lower than they should be but ok for giving a guide to recovery rate in the gymBecause I primarily bought it for the gym I would consider something better but can’t justify the costFor what I paid can’t complain
