I purchased this milk of magnesia set to use as a face primer before my makeup to control the oil since I heard it was really good for that. IT IS!! Definately...I just apply this after all of my face moisturizers have had time to settle onto my face and then use a cotton ball to apply it all over my face, and then apply my makeup once it dries. I don't apply to much because it can leave white streaks. Those aren't hard to get rid of, just wipe them with your fingers and they're gone. Only reason why I gave it four stars was because when used with my tinted moisturizer i do have some oil show through after about 6-8 hours, which is great considering that i get oily about 20 minutes after applying it without the MOM...so I say buy this if you're looking for a primer to keep you matte and shine free...at least for some time

For the same price for 3 full size bottles, this wasn't a bargain

A doctor (gastroenterologist) prescribed Phillips' milk of magnesia for my child, and it has changed his life for the better. It has helped his constipation and constant discomfort. He's only an infant, so I thought he'd get a child's version, but it's just a low dose of this stuff. He went from crying hours upon hours a day to being able to smile, sleep well, and just be a normal baby. I can't say enough good things. I've taken it before, myself. It doesn't taste bad. Has basically no taste whatsoever, just slightly chalky. If you're looking for relief without the pain of stimulant laxatives, this is it.

I was constipated for 3 days from taking 1 too many imodiums (I have IBS-D) so being constipated is not a normal issue with me. I took a half a dose (30ml) because the last time a few years ago I took the full 60 ml does and my toilet was not happy with me. Also my spouse was working from home that last time and the office is right next to the bathroom.Anyway it did it's job taking have a dose and cleared me out.Just be sure to be very near a toilet after taking it, the instuctions say something like that it can start working anwhere between 30 minutes and 6 hours. Each time it took about 2 hours for me. But hey My bhole does not hurt from not being able to poo anymore,Just be sure to NOT leave the house unles you know there will be a toilet very near - once it actually starts working, you will HAVE TO GO, and have to go imediately. Fortunately I have both a bathroom and a powder room in the basement - so if the bathroom is occupied I would have been able to bolt as quickly as I could into the basement - fortunately I did not need to because I may have not made it from the second floor into the basement in time.Edit: also be sure you drink a lot of water, pedialyte, gatorade or powerade to keep yourself hydrated.
