Well made, heavy duty, and very attractive. BUT there are 4 tiny—not small—tiny screws that hold the case around the fob. These are tightened by a tiny enclosed screwdriver, and access to the battery or key within the fob will require removal of all 4 screws. I’m new with smart keys, but if the battery is too low to Auto Unlock my door, the key can get me in, and I can hopefully start the car by pressing the start button with the fob. IF I can get to the key!!

Since I have had it only for 2 weeks now, it seems to work just fine. Because of the thickness the opaque TPU cover, I hope NOT to find my car with it's windows down and and roof wide open. If you know what I mean. The button cover is thick enough in my opinion prevent accidental windows from opening. So far this cover doesn't interfere with other remote operations.Assembly is fine, The screws to attach the back and front together are VERY VERY tiny. Use a flat surface and table with a soft cloth to catch the screws.

I was reading all the reviews, and I was about to not to order it due to all bad reviews this hass, happy I regred and decided to give a chance I really like the look of my key hub, many people said it broke with ease, I think any hardware if you doesn't give a care will broke, keep in mind the back of this cover is a glass so be gentle with, I was about to give only 4☆ because it keep the emergency key located inside the hub locked, but I never needed to use with any of my cars, hopefully neither with this .....

This fob is incredibly nice! My husband picked one out that was TPU and I searched until I found this one. I needed something more durable than TPU.This looks and feels great. It doesn't hinder use of the fob- you can't even tell anything is over the buttons.My husband disliked his from day one. It made using the fob difficult as it didn't fit properly on the buttons. We threw his out and purchased another one of these for him and he loves it, too. It's worth $8 more- his original was a waste of money as it was in the trash within a week.The screws are tiny so assemble it over a table or something to avoid losing one if you drop it. (Ours came with extra screws- as well as the small screwdriver.)It's only been a few weeks, but I am confident it will hold up.I can't leave a review of the other one we threw away because it's no longer available.

This is one of the most solid and good looking keyfob covers you can buy. It completely protects your keyfob from damage.If you look at the picture i provided, you'll notice the steel key i have attached, this is necessary because, if the battery dies in the keyfob, the emergency key in inaccessable because the case is held together with extremely small screws that prevents you from accessing the key in the end of the keyfob. The quality and appearance of the cover is excellent, just be aware of the lack of access to your emergency key once it is put together.

This cover is the perfect addition to my key fob. Its made of quality material. My key fob is heavier than normal but its very sturdy especially with the optional clear front casing. It was difficult to install with the rather small screws luckily they provide you with extra.
