Simple to use, and effective
I bought this to assist in keeping the correct posture as I now work from home in front of a computer for most hours of the day. Despite having an excellent chair, the tendency for me to slump forwards is too much. I decided on this as the worn posture correctors that you get around your shoulders just didn't seem to work well for me, and was uncomfortable.What I like about this one is that it is so unobtrusive. You barely know that you are wearing it unless you get the subtle vibration from it to straighten up. It works very well. It sticks to the back easily and doesn't come off. Also supplied are 10 more of those, should you need more.Working the app is simple. It can be paired to the phone app via bluetooth and it will feedback your progress to it. It makes it all very simple for you and is laid out in a user-friendly way. It does a great job of keeping track of your progress on the quest to achieve better posture. It also includes a USB cable to keep it charged. For the price, it is very impressive and I would strongly recommend.

Received and doesn't turn on at all, tried charging and nothing. No option to contact seller for help or info, will need to hopefully be able yo return

You can use it without a phone
You wear this on your upper back and it detects the angle when you sit or stand.ITs really small, about 2 inches high and one inch wide.There is an app so you can get feedback to remind you to stand or sit up straighter.It sticks on your back with adhesive and 10 Extra stickers are included.It is completely unobtrusive.To calibrate straight posture, stand straight and press the button twice while its stuck on your back.When you lean too much, its buzzes softly and vibrates a little bit, stand or sit up straight and it stops.If you are having to lean too far back to stop the buzzing, its probably set too upright and you just re-adjust by standing slightly less upright and pressing twice.You can turn it off entirely for when you are leaning over to type etc with a long press.Turn it off short term with one press.Turn it on again with one press.It is possible to connect it with your phone but to be honest, you dont have to have a phone to use the gadget at all.This is easy to use . It charges from usb so no having to change the battery.When you take it off, put the little backing card over the adhesive and it can be reused.People sitting beside you will be able to hear the buzz and would likely assume your phone or watch was buzzing.I think it would be effective for tall people who habitually stoop when they walk .Its a good reminder that you are stooping or rounding your shoulders over when you sit , its a bit like hearing your mum say 'sit up straight '.Would probably be helpful for those with back problems caused by their posture.

A good reminder
Approximately 13 hours I have been spending time in front of my table for 7 years because I am both studying and working. My neck started to look like a little mountain because impossible to stay straight all the time after lots of hours working. I consulted to a physician use of wearable posture correcter and he told me potential for long term muscle weakness as my muscle will get use to it. Then I started to find an alternative to help my back health. So happy as I found this product on amazon. Because I saw this product from a friend of mine 3-4 years ago, but he told me he bought it from USA and a month ago I noticed it is available on uk amazon too. I wanted to give a chance. The work principle is very simple and effective to me. The vibration does not hurt. It reminds you to stay up. I wish there was more band in it, but available online. Happy so far, will update if something goes wrong in long term use

Over the moon with a good back
What a clever idea! It literally sticks on your back and it helps you with your posture… It doesn’t even feel like you’ve got it on most of the time and if it helps with my bad backs when I’m in front of the computer for hours then I am over the moon
