Watch Out You May Get Hurt
After using it sparingly the last six months, the handle snapped away from the tube. Luckily it only grazed my chest. There was no excessive use and the tube does not show wear and tear. I cant believe this product broke after only six months. Be careful while using the resistance tubes.

Strap broke when doing above head shoulders
Okay quality. Strap broke when I was doing shoulder exercises and raised above my head.Just use for arms nothing above your head
