Easy to install with existing wire in the jeep jk tailgate. You will need the license plate plug and the jeep tailgate plug kit also offered on Amazon for less than $10 each. POLARITY ON BRAKE LIGHT IS REVERSED. Took me two different lights to figure this out.

I had two hiccups…the wiring was reversed and the quality of the “chrome” piece is weak. I know the salt will destroy the “chrome” piece on the third brake light.
