It doesn't come with all that is shown in the photos. You will need to purchase a shirt to wear under. It has overall type straps, and does not come with the undershirt puffed sleeves shown in the pic. True to one size fits all sizing.

Ordered the largest size and fitted like a medium also picture is completely false no sleeved and impossible to put on

When I got this item, it was a completely different color and pattern. Uncomfortable and cheap material.
