Helps calm fear and anxieties of an unknown nature
The "aspen" personality is described as someone who receives information about our world from the spirit realm subconsciously. In my experience, it takes several days for that info to make it to the conscious mind, where I go, "Oh. So that's the reason...." In the meantime, one experiences this kind of nebulous fear or anxiety of an unknown nature about an unknown "something." That's where aspen works. It calms those anxieties of an unknown until it becomes consciously known, then continue taking if that is fearful also!
