I have hooded eyes and they have been a challenge for me since I started wearing makeup 25 years ago. This is truly a comprehensive guide which includes basic anatomy and definitions, brush choices, application techniques, and much more. The tutorials are clear and concise. Stunning photographs feature throughout. I originally bought this as a gift for my sister and planned to kind of share it. After seeing it in person, I just went ahead and ordered my own copy. This is a fantastic book for all of those with hooded eyes! This book is very well written, with great photos and easy-to-follow instructions and explanations. It also has guides for brushes, and talks about blending techniques and related products (mascaras, falsies, correcting strips, etc.).
