Eh... just okay book
I bought for a class. Some of the chapter information is not quite accurate, especially in the chapter about special needs students. Basic information about IDEA and No Child Left Behind should have been fact checked.

This was maditory
I got this for a class and I'm not sure I would have gotten it on my own. It seems to lend itself to overly focusing on the cultural diversity instead of a multitude of diversities. While many others are listed and discussed, cultural diversity within every other diversity is discussed. I guess I feel that you can have one without the other and they don't all have to be connected.

Great
This book was purchased for a grad class I'm taking. So far it's a quick and easy read with many examples of classroom diversity. It also has examples of activities that you can do to engage your learners and get them to think about others in their class that may not be like them. Can't wait to finish the book and put the activities to use in my classroom.

Good but not excellent condition
Came a little later than expected but that may been due to the holiday. Also, though in the condition that was not an excellent decision as it had highlighted several of the chapters.
