Q: Is the shirt tight or loose

i bought a large and I normally wear medium shirts. It's pretty tight in the arms and I wore it once as a PJ top and now have holes under both arms. I didnt dry in dryer, either!

Q: How low cut is the neck line on the shirt? Does it show your collar bones? Hoping they are more high cut. Thanks!
