SaritaEnriched Premium Long Grain Rice

I cooked some of the rice. I had to rinse it at least ten times before the water was clear. I noticed what looked like cooked rice mixed with the uncooked rice. It was very sticky and I wonder why the World government is giving this rice to the poor people. I may cook the rest for the wild animals but hope it doesn't kill them. I am going to try some today and see what I feel like after eating it. I won't cook it for myself any longer.
