I love love love this dress. It is ture to size. I always get a large. I am 5'9 190lbs and it compliments me very well. My daughter is 5'5 145 lbs she asked to wear it and it looked really good on her also. It's sexy and modest at the same time. I currently have black, hunter green and wine colored. I will buy it in every color.

I was on the fence about getting this dress as it's not what I normally wear but I'm SO glad I did! It is very flattering and can be worn different ways (off shoulder, off 1 shoulder, or on both shoulders). I'm 180lb, 5ft 4in and got a medium.

I got the small purple dress and was very self conscious because I felt like I was wearing a poncho or a tent. The material on top of my shoulders was very thick and heavy it was as long on my arm as a 3/4 sleeve shirt. It looked to be at elbow length on the model when hanging off shoulder I was expecting elbow length when I wore it on both shoulders.Based on expected height difference. It didn't feel "sexy" and it looked how it felt the it the "poncho" towards the middle was only 2 or 3 inches from where the dress naturally fits which is mid calf. It could stretch past my knees but I bought it to be a modest short sexy dress and that wouldn't fix the fact that I was wearing a poncho past my waist covering all my curves. The dress underneath is the look I was going for, if I trim the top part about 6-8 inches it would be exactly the look I was expecting.I was so confused on sizing and even though some people gave their size they left out the size of the dress that fit. Small was very long on me. I am 5'3" 140 pounds, via Atkins so my weight is oddly placed mostly just baby gut everything else is toned but still curvy where it counts. 32DD and a size women's small sometimes xs top, women's size 2 curvy petite oldnavy jeans are the only thing that fits me perfectly.The dress had ALOT of room as I said I could stretch it another 15 or so inches to my mid calf and that room could have gone either way, so sizing is very generous!

If you have any worries about anything showing this dress is sexy and covers the unwanted belly! 10/10!

Beautiful dress. Thought it was going to be a bit small on me but I could get away with it because it's stretchy. The dress was actually a bit too big but it worked. I am 5' 8 1/2" and weigh 206. I usually buy a 1X. I got a lot of compliments on this dress. It covers a lot of things you don't want seen like a poochy stomach and batwings on your arms if you have them. The only thing I will do differently the next time I wear the dress is buy some nude stockings. It looks ok with the black stockings but I think it will look much better with nude stockings.Review after purchasing the dress in red too!!!This dress is really cute and really comfortable. It has a cute "round cape" design and has ruching at the sides. It is very stretchy. The fabric is not flimsy and not too heavy either. I love the way the cape covers any flaws you may have like a tummy pooch or back rolls (I was 80 lbs heavier in the photos shown; I have since lost weight and the dress still works for me.) The color stays vibrant even after several washings. Also, the dress is versatile; you can wear it as strapless, one shoulder, off the shoulder, or regular neckline. (See photos.) Also, if you are a social dancer like I am, when you twirl or spin around, the cape makes a flattering umbrella shape while you're twirling. As far as length, it can be worn mid thigh or just above the knees, depending on how tall you are. I am 5'8" and in the photos my measurements were 36D, waist 35", hips 53". There are no tags in the dress; the front and back look exactly the same. It feels like polyester/spandex blend. I wash on cold and dry regular. I also have this dress in white. Will be buying all the colors!!!

First of all, I returned the dress. Based on reviews I ordered up and it was a definite mistake. I would definitely size down. The material was great for comfort, the elastic on the top was not tight but seemed to be sturdy enough to stay in place. I do not like the handkerchief like front but I am a child of the 80's so I've done that before. It is great for tummy camouflage and the fact that it is lined is a plus. I purchased for a cruise dinner and but for the handkerchief I would purchase again and feel great about it because I would definitely size down!

Okay you know what This picture of me in this does not do justice to what it did to this man anyway I'd looked great I had just lost a lot of weight and I felt good about myself when he picked me up for this date he wasn't all and so was I actually You should get this dress because it fits perfectly it's a real tight around your hips and your derriere. Put on your high heels and you will look good, or heck don't even put on these shoes at all and you will still look good because that's what he said to me a few women that night even told me that I looked very good and if you are a woman and you get a compliment from another woman you know that is true. As soon as I put it on I can feel that it was really made well and it just slipped on me and you could pull the sleeves down on the side to make it extra sexy as long as you didn't have a bra that had straps You could wear it down over your shoulders which made it extra sexy and love this dress You should get it.
