These are just OK. I bought these hoping they would be a good alternative to using swabs but honestly I don’t think they really do much of anything. And the instructions on that site ad differ from what comes with the package. The ad says that the tips are washable. The packaging says they are throwaway used once only. So someone has their wires crossed you guys need to get on the same page. Also the package was cut open at the bottom so I’m not even really sure that I got a brand new package. Any rate I was a bit disappointed with the product I didn’t think it was very good and it doesn’t work that well.

Doesn't fit in my ear because the tip is too short. Also, the plastic scratches your ear as you turn the handle.

Just received, Tips don't fit handle. I tried several of them and none will fit tight and just come off. I haven't decided if I will go to the trouble to send back a 10 dollar item yet. I put a small piece of duck tape around fitting and it seem to be working so far. It didn't get much wax out, but maybe my ears are just clean. More time will tell if they are any good with the help of duck tape.

Fairly large and bulky size makes them difficult to maneuver into the canal. Either my ears are really clean, or these just doesn’t work as advertised. Save your money.

This thing is covered in plastic burrs (manufacturing issue) that scrape the ear...and it does not seem to remove earwax. I'd send it back but all 5 people in our family tried it (so used it) and not a single one of us go a trace of earwax out. wo of my teen boys usually have lots of nasty wax, too...so yeah, not impressed.

My daughter used to clean her ears with cotton swabs, which I hated when she would use those because of the dangers of pushing the ear wax further down into her ear canal. On first use of this tool, she loved this product! The tips are super soft and it removes the wax very easily and safely! I would definitely recommend!

I bought this set thinking it would be a great approach to cleaning my ears. However, The directions come with the set and show a small white case to store the tips which were included in the set. Changing tips is very easy and relies upon you deciding which tip of the many included best works. However, there are no directions on which tip one should choose or how to select the right tip -just attach and go for it.My impression and experience were that none of the tips removed any ear wax. While the curly design would suggest that the tips would act like an auger type process and while rotating the handle the earwax would come out.t.In my opinion, this purchase was completely a waste of money, and a lesson learned for me. Good concept, but it didn't deliver.
