This cleanser is one of the very few things that I can use on my face. It will NOT clear up rosacea (in my experience you need a prescription medicine to do that), but it will definitely clean all makeup and impurities away, leaving your skin soft and clean and ready for any topical treatments or serums. I found this when I started developing cystic acne (at age 52 :’( no less) on top of my rosacea. I tried several cleansers but none worked for me for various reasons. This is the only one that took care of the acne and didn’t irritate my skin. Also, it cleans well enough on its own that I never felt like I needed to use a washcloth or anything to physically exfoliate. My dermatologist approved of me using it, too!

I have extremely sensitive skin and always red dry and itchy. This stuff is amazing and helps all of my issues! It has a weird smell but if it works it works!

Great face wash for redness and breakouts BUT,it does dry my face out a good bit.But that could also have something to do with I am 44 and it is winter?Idk..

I've been using it since April. It helps with the patchy dry skin, I don't see it working in the redness though, I bought it to help with my rosacea. It doesn't leave the skin greasy or dry, it has a little weird smell while you wash only. I'm going to finish it but I won't buy it anymore since it didn't helped reduce my redness. I'm looking for something to help me with that.

The only product that works for my mom’s face she has very sensitive skin and it gets really red when she goes outside I’ll keep buying it for her

Facial wash does not lather, leaving my face feeling unclean.Also, after 5 weeks of use I have seen no results. Acne has not improved and Rosacea has not diminished visibly.It did improve the oily skin, now over dry.Lastly, has an odd smell. Not impressed and would not recommend

Have had rosacea for years. Nothing helped - until now. Switched my face wash to Rosadyn and purchased Eva Organics Soothe cream at the same time. This face wash does a nice job. Pores are clean. No new breakouts. Doesn't dry my skin. Combined with the Soothe cream - my skin looks great. My rosacea is in check - my skin is barely even pink now. Very happy.
