This is not. Sweater it’s a shirt with a hood.

My 13 year old loved this but thought it would be thicker and more of a traditional sweatshirt hoodie so we returned it. That was my fault for not reading the description. I still thought it was super cute and could be worn alone on nice days or layered under a jacket.
