5'4 and 165 lbs I ordered a large originally and had to exchange for a medium and I still feel I need a small. It runs big. I ordered this for a torn muscle in my abdomen apposed to a hernia belt. It offers great support but I'm not skinny and it's still a bit big on me. I am very active and a little more compact but my tummy has chub since I can't work on my abs. I suggest if you are about my size and athletic get a small. I'm on the tightest attachments possible and still need it tighter.

It fits well in the tummy area but the shoulder area was way to loose I had to sow it to fit my shoulders better. but other then that. I am happy with it

This item is very difficult to snap into place, the hooks are small and the Velcro doesn’t secure the belt.

Returned, it wasn’t as fitted as I would’ve like it to be . Ordered a 2 xl my size exchanged for an xl to get a tighter fit

I like that there are 4 latches instead of 3 so I can fit in it for a little longer. The double straps for tightness is also nice. I've never had a sauna tank or wait trainer have that so being able to have more freedom with how tight I want it in the higher and lower abdomen area separately. I tried it on and it is a little snug on me right now but I did want it to be a size smaller than my other ones so when I lose more weight I already have one to use. I can't wait to be able to use it. The past waist trainers/sauna tanks I have gotten through this merchant has always been really good and last a long time.

I love how this waist trainer helps me with my posture. It allows me to still breathe and sucks in my stomach. I just started my workout journey and while I have not worked out in it, I have definitely been moving around, bending, picking up things, etc. it’s great and handles me well at 200+ pounds (we will call that baby weight after my two kids) 😂 but I recommend and can’t wait to wear it more

It makes my waist look smaller by also it keeps everything in place, also it’s really confortable I use it daily and what I like the most is that it’s not noticeable and makes me posture better I totally recommend it!
