Works as advertised thus far.

Used the charger in Sept after receiving it and worked fine. In Nov tried to use it a second time. Green light would flash quickly when plugged in. No matter what I did it would not charge the battery. The second time was in Nov after the return date expired.

In a day when you are unable to get the chargers in the store and you value your tools, this was an amazing purchase for my needs.

I purchased one for Christmas it didnt work. Paid $3.00 to return and purchased the higher priced charger for a replacement. This was junk also. Finally purchased a used Dewalt charger on Ebay it works great for 1/3 the price of this charger. Chinese Junk

This charger did not work right out of the box. Horrible quality. I should have read the other reviews before purchasing. Stays on a fast green flash for hours and doesn't charge at all. This is going back. Lesson learned!

The first charger I’ve purchased was defective so I opted to send it back and get another one in return. That one arrived and it was also defective. I know this because I’ve tested it with the voltage tester. I was getting voltage from the power cord, but there was no charge coming from the battery charger so, charging the batteries will not work. There’s no light to indicate that it on or anything. Sending it back ASAP and I will not purchase a third.

It did not work! Extra light weight compared to the original DeWalt charger that I have had for many years. The light was always green & would not charge the nearly dead batteries. I used a different charger to determine that there wasn't something wrong with the batteries. It was not the batteries. Would not recommend.
