Love this product will always buy. Great tasting soy sauce without all the sodium.

The plastic strainer fell out of a different brand of soy sauce while I was pouring it, so I bought this one. I just used it today to cook Bella mushrooms in sunflower oil in a pan. It tastes and smells good with a slightly fruity scent. It’s a little salty, but not overly salty. I added pink salt to the dish which was what I hoped to do without making it too salty.

This is second bottle I've purchased and I will likely continue to purchase this brand. I really like the flavor profile; it is deeper and more flavorful than the "off the shelf" grocery store products. I also like that it is organic. The 4 stars is because while it is lower sodium than other brands, it still packs 704 mg into a tbs. and I am very sensitive to sodium. I still recommend this brand over others.

I cannot wait to soak my hard-boiled/cooked egg in this sauce. I have to be low sodium for my health/heart. Just started learning about soaking cooked eggs in this sauce for a day or two. Check out the videos about this technique. Unbelievable. YOu will not miss the sodium! And you will love the deep, many levels of flavor of this sauce.

This is good soy sauce at a decent price

I normally don’t praise products but I will make rice just to put some of this on. It is excellent.

It's very good quality and clean. I bought it 4 times. The last one didn't have a batch/log number on the package. Haven't decided about the new one.
