Nueske's Applewood Smoked Bacon - 5 lbs, sliced

Finally, the bacon i have been looking for on Amazon. Very high quality bacon that was easy to separate and cool 1 pound at a time. I opened it on delivery and split it into 7 packs for the large family of 6. Froze 5 of the 7 initially. It all worked very well.Clearly it is not precooked, so used it primarily on the weekends, but so tired of the lacking flavor in pre-cooked Microwave bacon.Thanks Nueske's.

Best bacon on the planet, cold shipped right to our door. I split the 5 lbs into 1 lb sections and froze 4 of them right away. We enjoyed over the next 6 weeks!

Best smoked bacon I've tasted!

I buy it locally in a 10lb box of ends/pieces for a steal but it's the best! Bake in toaster or regular oven 350 deg F for 12-16 mins for best results. Save/render the fat for use in other recipes, it's amazing.
