Like the comfort and feel of the silk uniform. You will need to keep in mind that you will have to buy a larger size than you where in your normal. I read that the sizes run large from a previous review and trusting in that review i purchased a large. When in reality I should have purchased a XX Large as I normally where an X large on a normal basis. I hope this will help others in the future to not make the same mistake I made from another misleading review.

This is a beautiful white/off white tai chi outfit that fits perfectly. But it is not real silk. It is a shiny soft polyester. That said, the outfit is well made. I ordered a Medium, my normal size (8-10), and it fits beautifully. The elastic in the waist and ankles is not tight. There is a small change/key pocket inside the pants. The top is loose and drapes beautifully. The arms are a bit long, but that is always true for me. So I just fold them up a couple times. I washed it on "Hand Wash" in lukewarm water in the washing machine, and dried the outfit on low in the dryer for 20 minutes. It came out like new.

I read a question that was posted below the item, per my usual routine. The dude that sent the question was similar body type, height & weight. They recommended the 3XL, so I ordered the same. It appears that I need either the 4XL or 5XL. Not sure what Conan be done about this, since the options that Amazon have do not give the ability to do an exchange. We shall see, I need another fitting set by this Wednesday, I’m taking my daughter a big anime convention in Chicago, so I wanted to fit in a bit but also be comfortable.

This purchase was a shot in the dark. Many times I'd heard that any type of martial arts clothing ran small. Not too mention, MA size charts can be confusing and incomplete. I decided to follow the advice of other reviewers and ordered a size up. With that in mind, the clothing was an almost perfect fit.Be aware that the frog buttons on this item are real. I find them to be kind of a pain to use, so I just put on the shirt like a pull-over; leaving the top buttons undone.

I was really surprised on how well this uniform fit me. It is really comfortable and I could do my Shaolin Kungfu moves/forms very well and easily. I really enjoying this uniform. It is very light and I highly recommend it whether you practice tai chi, Shaolin kungfu, or any other Chinese martial arts forms. I also wear only the pant part without the top when I practice my Yoga movements.
