I absolutely wish doctors would explain, or be more informed about hormones! I thought I was dying! Freezing cold, goose bumps, and sweating worse than a sumo wrestler! Not to mention traveling pains! One day my knees, the next my back, and throw in random muscular pains! Acne, acne, acne EVERYWHERE! Anxiety and cloudy, forgetful thinking with a dash of on and off depression, and a lack of humor and joy...so not me. I guess it all accumulated over the last couple of years, and I'd tried just about every supplement online and in grocers.This. This and the progestetone cream by the same company (I started the progesterone cream first, which helped) and I feel like myself! I have true happiness again. I'm not dripping sweat from everywhere, and my body temperature is normal. I can think, remember, and no longer have the all maddening body anxiety. I have energy and originality, I care about the way I look again (I had gained 50 pounds in 2 months and kept it on, I hadn't changed my diet, or excersize, Dr. Couldn't figure out why I was holding onto so much water... even the diuretic they prescribed didn't help!), and I'm shedding inches by the day! This cream works. I was skeptical, but after 3 weeks of using it, my menopausal symptoms have pretty much gone away. It made me cry of joy! My husband is very happy as well. I used it along with Pogesto-Life. I read online that Progesterol helps you absorb Estriol. I did a lot of research online. Do your research on how to best use it, how to apply, where to apply and when to apply it. It really works.

I thought I was going crazy and I actually considered counseling. I knew something was wrong but I couldn’t figure it out. I was very disengaged, I felt so ugly inside and outside gaining 50 lbs. I have been slightly depressed on and off for 3-4 years, coupled with anxiety, sore joints etc. Thankfully no hot flushes or night sweats, mainly all mental. I’m 50, I thought I was peri menopausal. Im honestly in disbelief, I was looking for a miracle and well, found it.

I use this along with progest by emerita. I use only a pea-size amount. The progest cream (progesterone) made a world of difference in my perimenopausal symptoms, but adding estriol gave me added clarity in thinking, a certain mental sharpness, better sleep. When I added estriol I realized that I needed it. It is advised that women always use progesterone to "oppose" any type of estrogen supplement. I hope it helps other women. EDIT: wanted to add that upon longer use, a few months, I have noticed that the bloating I had developed over the last few years is all gone; there's a sense of well being, confidence, positivity, and cheerfulness that had really gone away around the age of 39. I sleep soundly and don't feel "flat" depressed and indifferent anymore. I take care of myself and those aground me. Apply it on face three times a week and definite glow, firmness, less oil, and smaller pores. Read Uzzi Reiss and Jonathan Wright who have written about and recommended topical estriol. I strongly recommend reading up on the subject before beginning a bio identical hormone replacement therapy.

This stuff has been a LIFESAVER, along with the Estrogen cream from the same company. Im 30, two small kids, and have PCOS. I never have regular periods and have a lot of hormone issues, along with Insulin resistance that causes low energy levels. I had to go through 2 years of fertility treatments to have those kids, so my PCOS is pretty severe. I was put on B.C. to regulate my cycles, help with internal burning feelings etc, and it didn't help much and made me very aggressive. I quite B.C the last week of August and started this the Second week of September. I have had TWO regular periods since (never in histroy!). While I am still tired from life, my "exhaustion" feeling has greatly diminished. The burning pain has stopped, I haven't gotten one UTI (get them very frequently), and my mood is much more stable. This stuff is truly saving my sanity, easing pain... It's been WONDERFUL. Wish there was 10 stars to give.

I am many years post hysterectomy/ovarian removal. I use Emerita products to help supplement the hormones I no longer make. This helps along with Emertia's Pro-Gest. It may take a week or two but both truly do alleviate some mild to moderate hormone loss symptoms. Emerita is also an all woman owned company with paraben free products. Much respect!

I'm 67. I've had UTI's quiet often. I went to several doctor's for why I was having infection's. None of them could figure it out. They even ran tests, came back ok. Finally went to a OBGYN, he gave me a sample of Estriol and it worked!!! I went on-line reading different articles and read the reviews from women like myself. I want something natural and this was it This stuff fixes my problem fast! It has helped me with bloating, weight gain, good night's sleep. I have always felt very sleepy through out the day. Had to take a nap every day. very tired all the time, had no energy. Estriol has changed my life. I've lost some weight, get out and walk the dogs every day. I bought this on my own. This product is not for me. While I wasn't getting hot flashes or other complications, I thought I would add it to my daily routine. I have begun to get really hot throughout my day after a week of use . I also am feeling prickly feelings in my upper back.. I stopped using it for 48 hours and the symptoms are subsiding. I have packed it back in box
