Fun with Pets: A Pop-Up Book

My 13 month old is obsessed with this book! She’s already broken a few of the pages but easy enough to fix! Really cute.

Very cute book. My 17 month old son loves it!! The pop ups are on the fragile side. Be careful!

Our 13-month-old daughter has discovered the world of pop-up books, and she is obsessed. The story in this particular book is a bit short, even compared to some of her other pop-ups or board books, so we have to read it multiple times, but the pop-up part is great for her. The pop-ups themselves are all hidden behind some type of door, blanket, or what have you so it encourages fine motor skills in grabbing each piece to move it and make the animal pop up. I also like that this book is about common household pets that she can see anywhere, versus farm animals, jungle animals, etc. When we read about the cat or dog in the book, she looks for our cats or our dog. That may not be the intention of the book, but word association (or recognition) is a nice bonus from this story.

I bought this book for my 20 month old granddaughter. She loves books and this one really kept her interested. She goes through this book every time she is here with me.

My little boy who was not previously into books is now OBSESSED with books after scoring this specific popup brand from a local goodwill... bought more off here and theyre great, we love them!

Three of the five pop-ups fell apart the first time I turned the pages. Requested an exchange and was sent a new book without the hassle of returning the defective book. Got the replacement today and again, one of the pages came apart the first time it was opened.It’s a cute book, the drawings are well done and the colors are bright but something has gone awry in production. I’m going to try and glue this one page and keep the book. Curious to see how many page turnings it can handle.Edit: the answer is one. First time I looked at it with my grandson several more pieces fell out. Not trying for a replacement this time-getting my $ back.

A very cute little pop up book.My complaint is that a lot of the pop up pieces were unglued so I had to super glue them back in myself.

This book has been a favorite since we received it. Fun colors, fun drawings. My little one loves to find all the pets under each flap.
