iPettie Water Fountain Filters - 8PCS Carbon and 4PCS Foam Filters for Avocado Fountain, IP-AD21-F8

It took me a while to find the right filters but when I did I was pretty darn happy. I had bought a different cat fountain, and liked ut...but when I went on Amazon to get new filters, there were none shaped like the original anywhere on the site. I ended up buying ANOTHER fountain and I finally found the correct filters for it which was a relief. The box of filters comes with the top water filters and the little foam filter that go next to the motor...and the price was great.

Great for our cats

I bought this fountain, because are cats really like flowing water, but the hilarious part of this is, that one of our little dogs uses it more than any of the cats. You need to keep an eye on the filter and clean the bowl itself. Our water is really hard, so that's what I stay on top of it so much and ironically our water is this way, even with an epic entire house water filtration system. The filters are easy to replace and the unit is easy to take apart to clean, and replace the filter. You can't beat this for the price.

I use these with the iPettie water fountain. I assume they do the job well at filtering water because when it’s time to replace them, they look absolutely gross. I think it’s only gross though because it’s working. My water has iron in it and that turns our sink and bath and toilet orange, so we have to do regular cleaning. The fountain isn’t orange but the filter is, so that tells me it’s keeping all that yuck out of my cat’s water. The fountain itself is the best thing I’ve ever purchased for my cats and it’s great you can easily buy replacement filters like these. I am very happy with it.

So glad I can change the filters for my automatic waterer and not break the bank.

Bought the fountain on a deal but do think these filters are more expensive than the filters from my other fountain. But hope they keep water clear.
