Q: I'm finding that this keeps switching itself off after about ten/fifteen minutes. The power bank is still charged. Any ideas?

I had the same issue. Tried various power supplies and still the same result. I don’t believe it’s a safety feature (to avoid burns) as it does not switch back on. Personal opinion is that it’s a brilliant idea for bikers but this brand/make is rubbish, to put it politely.

Q: Anybody washed it in washer n does it work fine afterwards, TIA

Not washed it myself but clearly states you can, needs a wash bag and of course no battery!
