Good Product.

My mistake as I was mislead by reading quality Leatherette but it is in fact a low quality polyester. It should be PU leather instead.Please do not buy this and consider investing a little bit more.The seller also mentioned quick delivery but you will get it approx in 1 month or more.

I am honestly thankful to FUNTERIOR for their majestic craftsmanship and hard work that they put to make such product.The finishing are so elegant and leatherette used are very high quality and it's texture are beautiful. Although the inner materials are not known as it's not visible. Truely value for money. The seller is very high grade professional maintaing personal customer relations service while maintaining quality of the product. Thank you FUNTERIOR.

This product is only an Amazon fulfilled and not Amazon delivered and so, Funterior gave the responsibility of delivery to one Spoton Logistics. After taking its own sweet time, Spoton Logistics arrived with the product and refused to unload it from the truck citing lack of manpower to do so. They asked me to get the sofa unloaded myself or ask for cancellation. The delivery man appeared to be fully aware that I had paid the entire amount and wouldn’t dare to return the product. In fact, Amazon devised the whole process of selling heavy and costly product in such a way that only they and the dealer would benefit and not the customer. Such a clever plot is not apparent to the customer anywhere on Amazon website.2. As regards the quality of the product, it’s stated that it’s made in China of pieces of rexin cloth stitched together by poorly skilled workers. The material is so poor that the rexin cloth started peeling off wherever they stitched into quilts. Wanted to return the product. However, I had thrown off all the packing materials and tags soon after receiving it as they were occupying a large amount of space. Moreover, the tension the Spoton Logistics people had put me through at the time of delivery had scared me from going in for one more adventure of returning the product.3. The other major issue relating to this product is that Amazon has not stated anywhere that this product is made in China. They stated that it’s made by Funterior, a Mumbai based firm. This is a total lie. I have obtained clear evidence that it’s made in China.4. Please don’t buy this product and avoid the suffering and loss I was put to by Amazon, Funterior and Spoton Logistics.

The sofa makes my room look more beautiful and it was a great experience buying furniture from Funterior ! I would greatly recommend all of you to get your home furniture made from them . Good quality products ! Kudos to the team !

The product is of very bad quality, please don’t buy from this seller especially Bangalore customers. These guys don’t have any branches other than in Mumbai. The product was damaged and was made with bad quality materials. Funterior makes all false promises. Three years warranty is just for mentioning in Amazon and name sake. Even after three months no one visited to repair or to check the problems. The head rests has gone bad in three days and they are hanging now. I suggest to buy only Genuine company products in Amazon, instead from these local sellers who cheat customers. Amazon never cared about my complaint and raised their hand saying that you have to contact seller and resolve yourself. I also brought lot of other high valued products from Amazon which are from reputed companies like Samsung, IFB etc.. I don’t have any issues in those products and it’s service. I suggest buyers to consider this very seriously and not to buy any high value products from unknown seller like funterior. What you see in photo in 3D graphics and not the real sofa. This is what they told me, when I called to understand the reason for that bad quality. I was shocked when I saw the product. Even delivery was delayed by three weeks.

Amazing product...It looks really elegant and every comfortable seating with good quality also there is a small storage which was unexpected...I'm happy with this product. Highly recommend...

great product....very comfortable .just the shape of stool is square...i was expecting it with oval corners...edit - after 2 months the head support isn't working properly
