LINDEN SWEDEN3-Piece Mixing Bowl Set, Red

Seem okay. Time will tell.
These bowls are very thin and light. They are not nearly as heavy as the Kitchenaid or Farberware bowls. I bought them for their small size. I will review after a few months to see how well they survive my busy kitchen.

Good quality for the price.
Wider and able to hold more than i thought at first glance. They have a level base and are very light. They are slightly flexible; however, they seem very durable for plastic. So far, they have been easy to clean. The handles could be a little wider in depth, i can barely fit my fingers underneath the hook-for-a-handle. Also, the quantity hash marks inside the bowls are the same color as the body and barely uplifted and therefore invisible. I take away 1 star for these flaws.

NOT a light aqua blue color
I bought these NOT because I needed new mixing bowls, but because I am changing the color of some of my kitchen items to a light aqua color. These LOOKED perfect, but as my photo shows, what arrived in the mail is decidedly not the color in the item description or the photo on the site.

Meh…
These are very flimsy and not the blue in the pic. But they are bowls and work.

Smaller than expected but it works!
The bowls were a lot smaller than expected, but they still work for some projects.

follow up for soapers
I purchased these bowls for soap making-- needed something that was microwave safe and easy to pour from. I love how these bowls nest, the color is attractive but capacity is over rated if you like to mix things up like i do-- the 1.5 quart hold 32 oz safely, 2 quart holds 48 oz, and the 2.5 quart actually is well suited for 64 oz. Im keeping them but beware if you need larger capacity.9/2/.2020 Ive made two new batches of soap with these bowls, was concerned what lye would do to them-GOOD NEWS- lye did not effect them at all, also used tp melt hard oil in microwave and all is well, HAPPY SOAPING

Great sizes and surprisingly sturdy
Great bowls to fill out a need for various sizes. These feel like cheaper bowls, being made of thinner material and tending to flex slightly, but they're actually surprisingly sturdy. Even the biggest bowl only flexes ever so slightly when subjected to some pretty heavy contents at high temperature. They're also explicitly microwave safe, which was a requirement for me. When they arrived they seemed a little small as well, but once I started using them it became quite apparent that the size was deceiving. They're just the right mixture of height and width to hold whatever they contain in a small space, which makes them seem smaller than they really are. The hook "handles" aren't really useful for much, and don't nest with each other, but they do keep the bowls from sitting completely flush together when nested, which keeps them from getting a vacuum seal between them if they're put away when still wet. The pour spout also works reasonably well, a little better than you'd expect since the bowls are made from a material that will flex ever so slightly when containing a large quantity of hot liquid and tipped toward the spout.

My Arthritic Hands are Happy
I wanted mixing bowls that were light weight and sturdy, could "saute" in the microwave, and clean easily. These fit the bill - and the grip lip works well with my stiffening fingers.
