Awful Kindle format - avoid
This isn't a review of the work itself (I haven't read it yet) but do not buy this version for Kindle. The formatting is awful and unreadable - strangely indented and spaced out all over the place. It slighlty improved putting my Kindle into landscape mode but I had to request a refund.
