These suitcases are beautiful! I was really excited upon receiving them. I bought them for my move across country.The only disappointment was the zipper came off track within a week of buying them. I think I overpacked a little, but it still was impossible to get back on track.

You NEED protectors on the luggage...after 1'st use they got all scratched up from airport handling...disappointing!

The color is super cute but the suitcase is not practical at all. The first time I used it, they both got scuffed and black streaks. I used a magic eraser to erase the marks and bought suitcase covers protect them. The second time I used them, the big one cracked in the bottom. I put duct tape just to be able to return with the suitcase. I’m upset because the return window is closed and I can’t find a way to contact the store. It’s a good suitcase for car travel but not to much rolling or for the flight.

Super cute set! I purchased the 20 inch octagonal set as well. The color makes it highly recognizable when retrieving from the luggage belt and multi directional wheels make it easy to navigate. TSA approved lock on the luggage is an extra whistle. Inside zippers and pockets make packing easier for me. Love the waterproof pocket for lotions and creams that might spill or leak during travel. I bought luggage covers separately, which are a must! The outer material is permeable producing multiple scratches. I took the 28 inch on an international holiday and sadly it did not stand up to the task. The back wheels were destroyed. I assume they were not cooperating with baggage handlers and my beautiful luggage had to be dragged 🥲. But under further investigation, it seems part of the wheel might have melted. Either way, it’s no longer useful as luggage. Wish I would have taken a trip within the return period so I could get my money back. In summation: cute design and color but not built to sustain travel.

I love the color and design which is why I bought these. However, when they came they are super thin and feel like they may crack if they get thrown around. Compared to my other set, which was a lot more thicker and durable, I returned these. They were super cute though!

This luggage set is super cute inside and out! There are a lot of negative comments about scuffs from the airport. This is going to happen with any luggage set. My large bag was covered with scuffs when I got it back, but I was able to easily wipe them all off with a magic eraser :)

The siding is not very hard so it can be easily pushed in and dented. The zipper is also cheaply affixed and gets snagged and stuck. Took it on one trip to Spain and it barely made it back. Very upsetting and expensive purchase.
