The media could not be loaded.  Not easy to use at all 🤦🏻‍♀️ Everytime I beand strip the LED light inside moved out of place. I have bought from the same company before and it didn't do this. This strip may had been diffect but since i cut it can get my money back.

I've purchased several RGB light strips and this was the least impressive. factory connection to the power cord pull the wires right out of the back of the plug when I went to unplug from the power supply. You have to be overly gentle or expect multiple repairs on install.highlights - the color is really nice and looks good when lit up.

Wires snapped off before I could use it. Solder points are cheap/defective

This product just doesn’t come with the outlet power strip portion, so heads up that you’ll need that. Irritating since it definitely leads you to believe everything comes included. Deceptive, but I should have known you get what you pay for!

There's alot of these 'neon' LED rope lights available right now, and while the LED rope itself tends to be identical among the different brands I've sampled, the difference is in how well the LED rope is waterproofed, especially around the ends and power connectors, the quality of the power connectors, and the accessories that come included.FEATURES:* Single color = Warm White* 12 volt (power adapter not included)* 100% waterproof!!!! (unlike the competition)* Length = 16.4ft* High density COB LED strip (you can't see individual LEDs, just appears as one continuous strip of 'neon' light).* Power connector pre-installed (standard DC barrel plug, works with any 12v DC power supply, i.e. I'm using one from a MiniPC )* Dimmable.* Accessories included that allow you to mount the rope to a wall, as well as to cut the rope into multiple pieces and reconnect them according to your needs.SHORTCOMINGS:This particular LED rope light falls short in terms of the overall quality of the waterproofing and the poor level of craftsmanship seen around the end pieces and power connector. The light arrived with both end connectors falling off, making the entire rope light not waterproof or ready to be used outside. They used the wrong material for attaching the connectors and end pieces to the rope light, hence they weren't properly attached, instead of using proper, waterproof epoxy. I didn't feel like dealing with epoxy, so I just did some sloppy duct taping and called it a day. But at this price, that's just plain sloppy and lazy.FINAL VERDICT:The SHUXAG neon rope light works well once you account for its shortcomings. It comes with a variety of different little accessories that are useful if you're planning on cutting the LED rope light into smaller sections and connecting them in whatever way you choose. Its more expensive than some of the other rope lights I have, so better deals are definitely available for the same light and better overall quality.
