A wonderful toy. The company stated that it has fulfilled safety regulations in the US, and in Europe. It's made with fruit dyes, it says, and it has Velcro on the string, to prevent strangulation. Very thoughtful, and conscientious, of the company. The cowboy bobs up and down, as the child pulls the horse. Very animated, good for eye- hand coordination, and encouragement of walking skills. Grandchild seemed fascinated with it, during my entire visit.

Very cute and classic! Something that can be kept as a keepsake on a shelf for many years after. The only disappointment is that the description says the little guy "moves up and down" which is an inaccurate discription... the movement is made by the uneven wheels, so the whole thing kinda wobbles from side to side.

A wonderful toy for youngsters

We received this as a gift for our son's first birthday. He LOVES it. It has been played with daily since then for the last 4 months. Super well made, beautiful and really fun.
