Not fantastic!
Bought these thining they would make the shower smell nice, but with them being on the floor and using other fragranced products - shampoo and shower gel I couldn't smell them at all. I have only tried one and the others may be better. The tablet also last for one use only when I placed it on the raised edge around the shower. Nice idea, but not very efficient.

Weak mini bath bombs that don't steam
“Steamers” is a bit of a misleading name for these. They are essentially bath bombs, but a bit less fizzy, and shaped like urinal cakes. They give off some scent and some colour, but one thing they don’t do, even in a piping hot shower, is give off steam. They’re not all that great at giving off scent either, even compared to a regular shower gel or body wash. If you’re expecting a zingy, nose-watering, invigorating scent that fills the entire bathroom, you’ll be extremely disappointed. Even the lavender, the very familiar option, doesn’t have much of a push to it. What scent there is is fairly pleasant, but not amazing. The instructions say to leave these cakes in the corner of the shower and let them infuse the air- but this doesn’t really work at all. You get better results if you use them like crumbly soap bars and rub them on you. This also has a slightly abrasive effect which excites the skin just a little bit, and if you’re careful with how you hold it, you can wash all over with one of these lumps before it disintegrates completely. When you rub it on your body you realise how packed full of colour they are, which makes little sense if they are solely meant to be aromatheraputic. The green in the eucalyptus one is so strong that it temporarily turns you into the Incredible Hulk, though thankfully it washes off quickly.A quick grumble has to be made about the plastic packaging, which is both inside and outside the slightly over-done cardboard box. One layer I understand, but two, tightly vacuumed to make them difficult to open when in the shower? A little bit irritating. In my opinion, trying to get the bath bombs idea to work in a shower is very difficult, and these little bars don’t manage to pull it off.

INITIAL HIGH EXPECTATIONS DIDN’T LAST
As soon as I opened the little gift type box they came in I was instantly aware of the beautiful mix of fragrances. The air was filled with a gentle aroma and the four tablets looked colourful and vibrant to match the lively aroma. I was instantly impressed.I wish I really could say the same about how one (Lemon) one performed when I set it in the corner of the shower tray when I showered.I was expecting a beautiful lemony aroma to fill the shower cubicle and bathroom but it was sadly a bit underwhelming. And I do take fairly hot showers with lots of steam so I expected the steam to be filled with this fantastic fragrance. And basically the tablet just dissolved and washed away after just that one shower – again I mistakenly thought it would sit in the corner of the shower tray for a number of days and a number of showers filling the bathroom with this wonderful fragrance – but sorry – it didn’t.

Nice box of 4 shower steamers
Very pretty box with flower print to lid4 piece set of shower steamers in various scents (lavender, eucalyptus, lemon and rose)Simply place one of the tablets under a light stream of water to active the scent then place on the floor of your shower tray.Would make a good stocking filler/secret santa gift.Good value.

Not worth buying
My wife was underwhelmed by this set:“These tablets are useless, and pointless as well. The idea appears to be cashing in on the popularity of bath bombs, but it doesn’t work at all. They sort of fizz, but they don't steam. They make the bottom of the bath or shower cubicle slippery, and they have little or no fragrance. If you do use them, the only way to actually smell the fragrance is to not use any other products that might have their own perfume i.e. no shower gel or shampoo, so that the fragrance might waft up to your nose, but then you wouldn’t be having a proper shower …. the set is a waste of £7.Don't bother with these bombs if you want something that makes showering an experience; they do, but not in a good way.”

Nice but where’s the steam
I think these are good as an extra step of shower self care. Do they steam? A little but nothing overwhelmingly noticeable. I think the scent when you open the box is extra strong, I was surprised. Does it translate to the showering experience? Yes in a way because it’s just nice to treat yourself to something a little different. We all have to wash and sometimes it’s a one minute dash. Here it really sets the tone for your night or day. I think for the price you get a nice little set. I just wish it had steamed more. I will say it made me slow down and appreciate my shower as I still had a little left, so there’s that. But it depends what you’re hoping for as to whether or not this is the set for you.

All smell the same - lavender/lemon
I was surprised to how well these worked - Note - they need to be out of direct water fall, a few steps in from of you while in the shower otherwise they are gone in second. Though there is four colours they all smell the exact same like a lavender/lemon scent, slightly disappointing, i think a menthol version of these would be great to open up a stuffy chest! They didn't last the full 15min i spend in the shower but it was nice to have a little fragrance in for a change. Personally i wouldnt buy these again and would much rather stick to bath bombs but it was a nice change, just the price is a little too high for my expectations.
