Love this product! I’ve never used pre workout before but I’m obsessed with it now! I found this product through my favorite trainers @twotonedtraining, give them a follow on Instagram!!! They recommended I try this and I’m so happy I did! Their workouts are killer so getting that extra boost at the beginning is key. So if you’re looking for not only an awesome workout (shameless plug @twotonedtraining) but an amazing pre workout this is for you!!! The ingredients are pretty clean and it gives you that energetic push to get through any workout 🦾

Turns up the heat
I actually bought this on accident and couldn’t return it. But once I tried it I was hooked. With in 20 minutes I can feel my body temp rising. Gives me a good sweat for my cardio sessions.

Metcon LCarn is a game changer
Working out while fasting has been a huge struggle. This product has given me the ability to be excited about my workout with energy, gives me the energy to step up my workout, and increases my metabolism while I'm fasting. This product is easy and a no-brainer to get the workout done! Totally will buy again.

So if you’re looking for a big boost of energy this product might not be a go to for u. But the reason I gave a 5 star review is after running you don’t feel tired at all. Specially if you have work after a good run. I’m 200 lbs btw.

Fooled !
It’s not even half way filled! It barely has any powder in it . Sad that they rip you off like that. I won’t ever buy this product again !
