I got this as a gift for my mother and she is in love. There are tons of great and easy ricipes in the book and it has a little history lesson as well! The binding is wire, but the cover goes all the way around so the wire won’t be easily crushed. I bought as a gift but was immediately 'hooked' upon it's arrival. Beautifully presented with ciolorful photos, unique cocktail recipes & intriguing history during the prohibition. Would highly recommend & I don't drink cocktails.
