Planned to protect damaged knee -any kneeling activity Pilates ,Gardening...Early days for testing out.But they fit.

These knee pads might be ok for walking, but you don't need kneepads for that. Bought for gardening in shorts, as soon as you bend your knees they ride up. I wasted my money. Gave them two stars because they are decent quality, just not really fir for purpose.

As a wheelchair user with brittle bones, I also quite foolishly - play loads of wheelchair sports - some are quite aggressive contact sports and I got fed up of painful knocks to the knees so looked for a solution. These do the trick perfectly and I don’t feel any of the impact from front on knocks at speed to the knees. I went for a size large and they support without being too tight although after a few hours of wearing at all day tournaments I am always glad to take them off for a bit in between games. That said they can’t be too loose or they’d not stay in place. Well worth the money.

They are very good but my knees kill me anyway they just help me out little

The knee pads are helpful but the foam is rather hard so not very comfortable especially for long periods of useage.
