Q: Does this go inside the eyes or outside? My chalazion is from the inside

Eyedrops mean they go onto the eye / inside the lid. But some of it will leak over to the outside as well. I had a sty that was both inside AND outside. This product works, but it is not immediate. It takes maybe 5 days for it to have the right effect. At least for me. I had a stubborn one, would not go away. And kept changing shape and size. This product has finally begun to make it go away. I suggest putting it in your eye area three times per day, and before bed time. Clean your eye area twice a day too. It is like an oil. It is not watery, it is an oil of some kind.

Q: Can you use this on the outside of the eye?

Yes, a drop or two is all that you need. My Chalazion was outside of my lower eyelid. I use 1 or 2 drops everyday. The instruction said to do it 3X a day, therefore, I would reapply whenever I feel that the oil is wearing off. Within 4 or 5 days, the Chalazion went down. Now, it's totally gone.

Q: What is the shelf life on the goodbye company styes oil? does it need to be refrigerated?

I don’t know the shelflife I’ve used mine for about six months. I don’t think it needs to be refrigerated. I do know it works!
