My personal trainer recommended this and for the price point and quality, I am sure glad he did! It has a good grip, its high in quality, and its perfect for the purpose it serves. With Amazon Prime, it's Amazing how they get this heavy ball to you as fast and easy as they do (Prime only available on some weight options). My trainer has a lot of experience with different types of gym equipment and he said when it comes to weight balls, this is your best bang for the buck. I am not a gym rat or anything, just an average guy trying to get into shape and the weight of this ball seems perfect for cardio and cross training. It is also very versatile as there are many variations of exercises you can do with it. j/fit seems like a great company with wonderful insight in fitness gear and a great customer support staff (they follow up with you and back their products up). Whether you want to start training at home or are a gym junkie, this ball will do it!

Great for slam ball workouts. Very sturdy, feel fine slamming and throwing it on concrete. Smooth enough to not tear up your hands but enough grip to not slip

Was delivered yesterday, seems to be good quality although the packaging didn’t hold upTo shipping. That was not a big deal since it got ripped off anyway, but idk why it was delivered through regular mail, but my mailman didn’t seem to happy having to carry a 50 LB package to my door 😂

My original order was sent back because it was damaged in shipping via USPS. When I received my replacement order two days later, I could see why the first one was damaged. It's just the slam ball in a box void of any packing material but included a greetings card and a workout instructions sheet. Granted, the ball was inside a plastic bag, but there is no packing material of any type at all. The ball is made to be slammed but not the box.Now, to the product itself. The slam ball is nice. The star texture is prickly to the fingers, but I'd imagine the corners to round themselves after a few sessions. Only time with use will tell. The weight is what a slam ball should be -- filled with sand-like material and loose. I've read reviews of some other cheaper brands where the weight seems to be a ball within the slam ball. This is not one of those types. This is a proper slam ball.All in all, I would definitely buy again. Just order ahead of when you actually need it in case the box is damaged in shipping.

I carry this thing around everywhere! It is quite possibly the best investment in workout gear I've ever made! You can slam it, carry it, power clean it, walk with it over your head, walk with it in one hand over your head, throw it, wall ball it, sit on it when you're tired, and its tough enough to slam on the concrete. Holy cow! Who would have thought a heavy black rubber ball could bring this much enjoyment to a person's life! The people in my neighborhood look at me like I am crazy when I'm walking around with it, especially doing the "one handed overhead" carry, or "waiter walk" as you may know it. Now I want a 100 lb and 150 lb version! This ball will make you a beast! An animal! A true vanquisher of the weak! No one will even look you in the eye when you are carrying this thing around! They look to the ground in shame, or turn green with envy, but they dare not look into your eyes. You are a catastrophic force with this ball on your shoulder! Get one! Get two! Carry them around and show your neighborhood who's the boss!

I did my first workout with this slam ball and really enjoyed it. It's very easy to grip, and honestly just looks awesome. It's not nearly as loud hitting the concrete as I thought it would be, but you can muffle it even more my throwing it onto a mat or folded towel.I'm a courier for FedEx, so I have a decent amount of muscle mass, and I would honestly say that as a man, the 20 lb ball is ideal for getting your heart rate up without prematurely hitting muscle failure. I woke up today and my physique just feels more balanced. If you're on the fence about getting one, just get it and try it out. Excellent price for such a nice product. Hopefully it holds up over time.

I have owned this for over 3 years now and I've never had an issue. It absorbs impacts like a champ! I slam, toss, roll, press, and do push-ups and sit-ups with this ball. When I slam this ball I try to destroy it and the ground it lands on...it has never leaked any of the weight granules or air. The rubber is free from cracking and the grip has not worn off despite my decision to slam it on pavement. I like this so much I decided to buy the same model when I needed to upgrade the weight.

Ojo la pelota es muy practica y resistente pero no es completamente rigida o dura, sino que es blanda, no rebota ni nada pero no es completamente rigida para que lo consideren. Aun asi es muy buen producto

The product is very good I'm very happy I ordered it I wish it was just a little bit cheaper however it is a good quality medicine ball and I could do multiple workouts with it came delivered on time.

The most important thing for a slam ball is the grip. This product has that and more. Easy to clean, a good grip and very durable.
