Q: Does anyone have a scan of the fin template. There didn't seem to be one in our kit.

Don't know if this answers your question, but this was a ripoff. The directions were very hard to follow and were essentially to "decorate" the bottle. It is infinitely simpler to use a soda bottle and baking soda.

Q: Is this for a one-time shoot or can you use it over and over again?

it can be used over and over. you just refill the vinegar/backing soda charge and put it back together. I never got 100 feet but still fun. after this, consider compressed air/water bottle rockets.

You can use Elmer's school glue
