Q: Has anyone been able to get rid of the musty odor?

There never was a musty odor to the four rugs that we bought. We have been completely satisfied about the durability and quality, also the colors remain vivid.

Q: I wash mine in the washer gentle cycle in color water & air dry. Yet the color fades a lot. How do u wash yours & does the color fade?

Hello, the company recommends spot cleaning with a light, gentle soap and line drying. They also recommend a pad. The colors are very vibrant and prone to fading. Some advertise them as outdoor/indoor however, I personally would not use outdoors unless the area is covered and protected from weather. Thanks!

Q: Would the color transfer onto a white carpet?

I use these on tile floors but they are completely colorfast so I don't think so. Have washed several times w/no fading which is also a test of colorfast. These are great rugs.

My rug ISN'T a runner and it's NOT chocolate brown. It's a predominantly blue denim throw rug with a few stripes of other colors added...mostly red and green...and it measures 24 x 36 and is ALL COTTON. It sits under my computer chair
