A great machine.
I purchased this because I needed something new, something light weight, and something with enough horsepower for my productivity.I use it mainly for my software development, which uses quite a bit of processing power and RAM, due to the many things I have running at the same time.This unit has, so far, not given me any issues at all. The screen is perfectly crisp, the keyboard has a good responsive feel when typing, which I do a ton of, and it boots faster than I can count.It is a little pricey for a laptop, but I found it justifiable with the light weight and specs it has.No issues with syncing via HTMI/DSP to a larger screen either.The only drawback is that the screen will wobble slightly, but that is to be expected from such a light weight unit.NOTE: This is NOT a rugged laptop, and I didn't want one that could take a beating. Due to the thin design and light weight, it does make you want to take a bit more care while handling it, but I don't find that to be an issue.I've had this unit for about 2 years now, and it still performs perfectly.

Not working after returns not accepted
Now after installing all my programs and getting things to work, the battery quits on me. There is no help available, either by support or by local service. The brand is questioned and several thousand dollars of programing is lost to me

LG won't honor warranty: Broke in 4 months. 5th month after sending it to LG and still told to wait.
LG is absolutely the worst computer company I've ever dealt with and I've been an IT Specialist for 25 years. My LG Gram laptop screen quit working after 4 months. It's been 5 months since then and I'm still waiting for LG to finish the repair or to give me a replacement or refund. I don't like to give bad reviews (which is why I've waited so long), but this is past ridiculous. They keep telling me to wait more and more. If you want to feel good about a warranty, go with another brand. Costco Concierge service was really good though. They just can't do anything about LG not following through.
